This starts quite reductive, with notes of onions and old flower stalks. After quite a bit of time in the glass, this blows off, transforming into more appealing honeyed nut and yeasty apple aromas. The medium-bodied palate is on the watery and sour side. But there are crisp apple flavors, too, a nice line of acidity amid a grainy texture and a slightly salty, seashell finish.
